Welcome to Satellite Map - Earth View ("App"), provided by ANKAGIS YAZILIM ANONIM SIRKETI ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our App, you agree to these terms.

1. Ownership and Intellectual Property

• The App and all intellectual property rights belong to us
• You may not copy, modify, or extract the App's source code
• No translation, reverse engineering, or decompilation is allowed
• All copyright and proprietary notices must remain intact

2. Subscription Services

• Our App offers auto-renewable subscriptions for premium features
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends
• You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings
• Unused portion of free trials are forfeited when purchasing a subscription
• Subscription management and analytics are handled through Adapty
• Your subscription data is processed according to Adapty's privacy policy

3. Third-Party Services

• We integrate Apple MapKit, Google Maps, and Mapbox services for maps
• Adapty is used for subscription management and analytics
• Lottie is used for rendering animations within the App
• By using our App, you also agree to these providers' terms
• We are not responsible for third-party service availability or accuracy
• Map data and satellite imagery are provided "as is"

4. Location Services

• The App requires location access for core functionality
• You consent to location data processing as described in our Privacy Policy
• Location services require an active internet connection
• You are responsible for any mobile data charges

5. User Responsibilities

• Maintain device compatibility and internet connectivity
• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
• Take responsibility for any data usage costs
• Keep your account and subscription information current

6. Updates and Modifications

• We may modify features or functionality at any time
• App updates may be required for continued use
• We can suspend or terminate access without prior notice
• You'll be notified of significant changes through the App

7. Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for losses from App use or inability to use
• No guarantee of uninterrupted access or service
• Not responsible for modified device issues (jailbroken/rooted)

8. Privacy and Data Handling

• Our Privacy Policy governs all data collection and use
• You acknowledge reading and understanding our Privacy Policy
• We use industry-standard security measures
• You can control data collection through device settings

9. Service Changes

• You're free to stop using our app at any time
• You can easily delete the app from your device whenever you want
• We reserve the right to suspend services if necessary
• We'll try to notify you about any significant changes through the App Store updates
